Amber Davis, a lifelong resident of Scioto County, graduated from Portsmouth West High School. She attended Shawnee State University and graduated from Ohio University – Athens Campus with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education. Further, Amber obtained a Master’s Degree in School Counseling at the University of Dayton and an Endorsement in School Library/Media Specialty from Ohio Dominican University. Before joining the Scioto County Prosecutor’s Office as a Victim Advocate in May 2014, Amber worked with Pre-K – 12th grade Scioto County students in both public and private schools teaching Art, Preschool, and Library/Media. Currently, Amber is extremely proud of her completion of the 40 Hour Ohio Attorney General’s ADVANCE Academy Basic Advocacy Skills in Crime Victim Services Training. Amber is devoted to serving all victims of crime of Scioto County.
